Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want SEORA where you are, email us — we track demand by country.

Where is my order?

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email, or visit our order tracking page. If tracking has not moved in three business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because skincare is a personal-care product, opened items can only be returned if the product is faulty or was damaged in transit — send us a photo and we will replace or refund it.

Something arrived damaged.

Email support@shopseora.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost. You will not need to ship the damaged item back.

Products & Ingredients

What is PDRN?

PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide — a DNA fragment, most commonly salmon-derived, used in Korean skincare to support the skin's own repair processes. It is the active behind our Pink line, and it pairs well with hydrating and barrier ingredients.

Can I use vitamin C and retinol together?

Use them at different times rather than layered: vitamin C in the morning, retinol or bakuchiol at night. Layering both at once raises the chance of irritation without improving results.

I have sensitive skin. Where do I start?

Begin with barrier support — a ceramide moisturizer and a gentle cleanser — for two weeks before introducing any acid or retinoid. Our Super Cica and Hyaluronic ranges are built for exactly this stage. Introduce one new active at a time, every other day.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Our products are not tested on animals.

How do I patch test?

Apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear and leave for 24 hours. If there is no reaction, you are clear to use it on your face. Do this with every new active, particularly acids and retinoids.

Devices

Do I need a special gel with the AGE-R devices?

Microcurrent and EMS modes need a conductive medium so the current reaches your skin evenly. A water-based serum or gel works — our AGE-R Glutathione Glow Serum is formulated with the right viscosity for it. Avoid thick creams and oils.

How often should I use a device?

Two to three sessions a week is enough for most people. More is not better — give your skin recovery time between sessions.
