Shipping Information

We ship within the United States. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times

• Standard (US): 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Expedited (US): 2–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates begin when the parcel is handed to the carrier, not when the order is placed.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan — that gap is normal and does not mean anything went wrong. You can also check status on our tracking page.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen speed. The full cost is shown before you pay — we do not add fees after the fact.

Problems

If tracking has not updated in three business days, or your parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email support@shopseora.com with your order number. We will open a carrier trace and keep you posted.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and packages returned as undeliverable are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
