Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery

Standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited delivery takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Estimates run from the moment the carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service. The total is displayed before payment is taken.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. The first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery areas

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated in three business days, or a parcel is marked delivered and not received, contact support@shopseora.com with your order number and we will open a carrier trace.

Incorrect addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less the original shipping cost.
