Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items can only be returned if faulty or damaged in transit — send a photo and we will replace or refund it.

Apply a small amount to the inner forearm and leave for 24 hours. If there is no reaction, you are clear to use it on your face. Do this with every new active, particularly acids and retinoids.

Use them at different times rather than layered: vitamin C in the morning, retinol or bakuchiol at night. Layering both at once raises irritation without improving results.

Begin with barrier support — a ceramide moisturiser and a gentle cleanser — for two weeks before introducing any acid or retinoid. Add one new active at a time, every other day.
